TIWA SAVAGE vs TEE BILLZ--Both GUILTY!...My Verdict---Mr Fiesta

International Media Consultant, Publicist and Publisher of Fiesta International Magazine, Oluseyi Ogunlana popularly known as Mr Fiesta puts a 'GUILTY' stamp on estranged celebrity lovers, Mavin First Lady Tiwa Savage and Tee Billz, her ex-Manager and husband.

He speaks...

Since the shocking revelations and counter-revelations have emerged from both parties, varying opinions and positions have kept pouring in, either Tiwa is crucified for not being a homely and submissive wife or Tee Billz is cursed for being a user and an irresponsible husband.

However, most people have not really looked deeper beyond the story and the side-taking.
Indeed it shows first of all that the marriage institution in Nigeria is becoming 'advanced' as it holds among celebrities in the international scene. Our society which used to hold marriage as a sacred institution now sees the institution as common tea party or a perishable product with manufacturing and expiry dates which could be few years, months, weeks or even hours after.

People are inspired to getting married for all the baseless reasons. People do not bother to crutinise their partners to-be or carefully carry out all the necessary investigations that should precede the decision to marry or not to marry. Rather, they want to 'Learn on the Job'

Both Tiwa and Tee Billz have come out to publicise, their deepest secrets, one trying to end the career of the other while the other comes out stronger on a vengeance cause, in an effort to prove her innocence to the public and consequently win their hearts back, and quickly coming to the rescue of her public image and musical career. The interview was another drama which I do not want to go into at this time.

Our society is one which over 65% of young women who are meant to be eligible spinsters and future wives gradually going into extinction as prostitution, popularly celebrated as 'Runs' now reigns supreme. Young women flood the major roads and hang-out spots all over the nation waiting for men who are practically ready to aid and abet them in the 'crime' to humanity. These ladies at the point of their retirement on the 'job' would come back out recycled at churches, emerging as that hot prayer warriors or the favorite to lead praise and worship or that hijab-wearing sister, who would be the dream wife of many brothers in the mosques.

The show of shame between Tiwa Savage and Tee Billz will further extinguish the confidence young people have reposed in the institution of marriage as their resting place and terminal points for all their drama and youthful excapades. Every husband or husband-to-be is now a suspect. Married couple are meant to help and support each other financially or otherwise, but with this twist to Tiwa and Tee's love story, a lot of youths are now 'mis-educated' about what marriage actually stands for. They are not able to draw a line of distinction between mutual support and being used.

In my opinion and according to the Bible, it says "Love covereth a multitude of sins" So where is the love? Where is the forgiveness? Where is the vow to stand for better and for worse; in good times and in bad times?"

The social media is now the entity to please and to pacify when marriage goes horribly wrong? What about God who set up the sacred institution of marriage? The one before whom you both took that solemn vow? Where is He in all of these? Do two wrongs make a right?

Tee Billz came out to played dirty, making all the horrible accusations against Tiwa Savage and her family, while Tiwa Savage on the other hand also came out stronger and with more poisonous venom to destroy the young man with the many defamatory revelations, the deepest of his secrets and that of their family; even to him not being responsible enough to buy diapers for Jamil, their son.

The funniest part of the interview was the continual profession of love by Tiwa. Love for her husband Tee Billz and their son, Jamil.

Hmmm...it's obvious that she doesn't actually understand the true definition of love. She apparently does not understand that Love is sacrifice, Love does not destroy and Love never dies.
I dont mean true Love. Cos if it's not Love it's not true. If it's not true, it's not Love. It's either Love or not Love!

Tiwa is the brand ambassador of the 'Pampers' brand of diapers, apparently one of the biggest diapers brand in Africa. Now, what is the reflective consequences of that statement on the brand? Has anyone thought about this?

I fear for the future. I fear for how Jamil will feel when he begins to read and write and stumbles on the indelible terrible things Daddy wrote about Mummy. I fear for his reaction when friends call him the son of a drug user and the one whose father could not buy him diapers. I leave that to your imagination.

Tee Billz made the first wrong move, yes true! We are so quick to judge, condemn and cast the first stones. Tiwa Savage and Tee Billz only came out to share their own story because they are in the limelight, but it may interest you to know that countless couples have it more horrible in their marriages or relationships.
They have only kept mute and wear those 'masks', which puts smiles on their faces as very happily married. They just want to act that part out in public and they return to the 'war zone' which is their homes. Ask their house-helps...lol.

Many partners are  merely patching up and practically ENDURING rather than ENJOYING their marriages.

So, how do we revive the juiciness and the splendour which marriage was originally created to be?

Please ruminate on that. Till the next time you read from me, this is Mr Fiesta
